Job Title: Rodent Control & Restoration Crew Member

Location: Orlando, FL Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday) Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour

We specialize in humane, non-toxic rodent removal, exclusion, and home restoration—helping homeowners reclaim their spaces without using harmful pesticides. As we expand in Orlando, FL, we’re looking for hardworking and handy crew members to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

Assist in rodent exclusion work, sealing entry points to prevent infestations.

Perform humane rodent trapping and removal following company procedures.

Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas to remove rodents and repair damage.

Conduct sanitization and decontamination of affected areas.

Replace and install insulation as part of the restoration process.

Perform minor repairs (such as patching holes, installing mesh, and sealing gaps).

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a clean and professional work environment.

Maintain and operate company tools and equipment properly.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction with completed work.

Requirements

✅ Hands-on experience in construction, pest control, restoration, or handyman work (preferred, but not required). ✅ Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas (must be comfortable in these environments). ✅ Physically fit – able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, crawl, and perform manual labor. ✅ Reliable and hardworking, with strong attention to detail. ✅ Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. ✅ Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required). ✅ Willing to work Monday to Saturday and handle occasional emergency jobs. ✅ Comfortable working in a green, eco-friendly company that does NOT use pesticides.
