Interior Architect/Construction Document PM We are an interior design studio working in the hospitality and multifamily sectors looking for an experienced interior architect to lead Construction Documents for projects. Responsibilities: • Leading and supervising a team of interior architects & draftsmen to ensure Construction Documents are correct and complete per phase of design. • This person will be the last set of eyes before a set goes out to the client, catching all mistakes and making final corrections. Qualifications: • 100% proficiency in Auto CAD • Complete knowledge of assembly and requirements of Construction Document sets for hotels, restaurants, and multifamily • Awareness of building codes, ADA codes • Basic Knowledge of Revit • Project coordination and team management • Ability to plan for and meet deadlines • Knowledge of building construction Compensation: $65,000 - $120,000 yearly
