Job Description

We are seeking an Accountant to join our accounting team in Chatsworth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare daily financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
• Credit control of customer orders
• Issue invoices on time to customers
• Facilitate collection from overdue accounts as necessary
• Track and record payments remitted and services rendered
• Coordinate other departments for complete order transactions from quotations to collection cycle
• Review and reconcile bank accounts and transactions
• Perform internal controls and other accounting activities assigned

REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field
• CPA or CMA licensure highly preferred
• Five or more years of experience in an accounts receivable, payable and financial reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with SAP Business One is preferred
