  • Responsibilities
    • Review and enhance/ optimize preventive maintenance program of assigned plant's utility equipment, ensuring efficient performance and eliminate breakdown of equipment
    • Evaluate, plan, and implement modification on existing facilities to address user or regulatory requirements
    • Provide necessary support to the maintenance administrator during the preparation of project documentation, technical specification, bid documents, cost estimates, justification, technical evaluations, etc. for the various projects and services being contracted by the department
    • Handle implementation of assigned contracted out projects. Oversee contractor work performance, work progress and ensure completeness through installation and operational qualification (IQ/OQ). Check and acknowledge invoice, accomplishment report, as-built drawings, certificate of completion, warranty and other pertinent documents submitted by contractors during turnover 
    • Provide technical assistance to other areas regarding plant facilities and utilities improvement
    • Develop SOPs, guidelines and systems to simplify assigned maintenance programs and processes

    Required Skills

    • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
    • Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
    • At least 1 year experience in mechanical design, project/ construction or industrial plant operations; cGMP Compliance Regulations
    • Familiar with test instruments such as ammeter, charging manifold/ gauges, and vacuum pump
    • Knowledgeable in the maintenance of plant utilities
    • Solid engineering theory background
