Roessel Joy has partnered with an established, nationwide nonprofit organization urgently seeking to hire a HR Administrator to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position is proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel and at least a year of previous work experience in an office/administrative environment.
Responsibilities:
Camp Audit – Ensure all camp audit files are in compliant – approximately 250 files.
File all HR documents in active and terminated personnel files.
File all I-9 forms in binders.
Data entry, typing, copying and filing of all HR related documents as assigned.
Assist People Operations Coordinator and VP of HR with project work.
Organize Employee / Applicant CORI/SORI files to meet compliance.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an office / administrative environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), data management and web competency
Flexibility and the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to practice discretion and maintain confidentiality
