    Ward North American, one of the leading moving companies in North American, is seeking Consumer Coordinator/ Admin in sales

    Job Description:

    · Exceptional Customer Service skills: this position is full-cycle customer service

    · Handle customer issues regarding pick up/ delivery schedule, questions on packing, moving, etc.

    · Heavy data entry

    Support the Sales Team and Operations in all aspects of administrative tasks

    Qualifications:

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

    · Strong data entry skills

    · Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks including escalated issues

    · Ability to work and get along well with others

    · Must understand that customers/ clients come first

    Must pass a Background check and Drug Screen

    Preferred (Not Required):

    · Experience in Sales

    · Experience in Moving industry
