    We are seeking a Key Accounts Coordinator to join the Sonepar Key Accounts team.  Responsibilities will include the following:

    • Drive and manage the quotation process. Activities include preparing quote in partnership with the customer,  Operating Companies and Manufacturers
    • Manage and negotiate pricing, including Special Pricing Agreements from our Manufacturers
    • Manage all invoicing and billing with responsible contacts from Key Accounts, OpCo’s and Customers
    • Develop and cultivate relationships with customers, operating company personnel and manufacturers to guarantee that customer expectations are met.
    • Maintain consistent communication with the contractors, manufacturers, and operating companies to ensure that we provide a single point of contact that our customers desire and information flows efficiently to all parties

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Five plus years in the electrical business, preferably managing large electrical projects.

    • Four-year degree preferred: Business degree or related major; education may be substituted for experience. High school diploma or GED certification required.

    • Minimum two years’ work experience in related field.

    • Proficient in general computer use include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Proficient in application and use of an ordering system – preferably Eclipse.

    • Proficiency in Office 365 applications; SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, Wrike

    • Competent in a Project Management tool and ordering system.

    • Some travel will be required for customer meetings, job site visits and industry events.
