    Rogers Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health services, is seeking a Master’s Level Counselor to join our team.

    In this role you will provide therapeutic treatment services in individual, family and group settings.  You will collaborate with the multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop the plan of care, including implementing goals and interventions.  Successful candidates will advocate for and support our patients.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Master’s degree in Social Work or Licensed Professional Counselor
    • Current Tennessee SW/LPC/LMFT license in good standing
    • 2 years working in a behavioral health clinical setting
