    THERAPEUTIC SPECIALIST- PRN/POOL- OCONOMOWOC, WI 

     

     

    The Therapeutic Specialist is responsible for developing and conducting individual and group therapy for program patients.

     

     

    SCHEDULE: POOL 2 

     

    Pool I

    • The pool employee must be available to work a minimum of four (4) shifts [32 hours] per month. This will include Holiday rotations

    Pool II

    • The pool employee must be available to work a minimum of eight (8) shifts [64 hours] per month. This will include Holiday rotations.

     

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

     

    • Bachelor's degree in the area of education or Human Services and a minimum of two (2) years work experience serving children with mental health disorders.
    • Valid Wisconsin Drivers license preferred.  May be required to have driving record approved by Rogers Behavioral Health's insurance carrier.
