    COMPLIANCE AUDITOR LL – SE WISCONSIN

    THE COMPLIANCE AUDITOR LL POSITION IS A HYBRID ROLE (WORK 2 DAYS FROM HOME, WORK 3 DAYS AT THE VARIOUS ROGERS LOCATIONS-BROWN DEER, OCONOMOWOC, AND WEST ALLIS LOCATIONS)

    The Compliance Auditor II reports to the Compliance Manager – SE and works closely with many internal operations departments to perform quarterly mock surveys to ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Joint Commission Standards. Responsible for investigating incident reports, and conducting internal audits of each program (In-Patient, Residential, and Outpatient) to ensure compliant with internal policies and procedures, and Federal, State, and Joint Commission Standards.

     

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for managing daily assigned incident or other serious event investigations that occur at Rogers West Allis, Oconomowoc, and Brown Deer facilities
    • Conduct chart audits to ensure compliance
    • Perform quarterly program audits for Inpatient, Residential and Outpatient settings to ensure compliance with policies and procedures to ensure patients safety
    • Provide education to staff when needed in all areas related to compliance
    • Assist during Federal, State and Joint Commission surveys as needed, conducting tours and providing necessary documents as appropriate
    • Participate in the Rogers Operating System to ensure action plans and follow-up projects to address any regulatory deficiencies identified are addressed
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to the different facilities (Brown Deer, West Allis, and Oconomowoc WI)

    EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in political science, social services, business, healthcare, or related field required
    • Experience conducting audits with joint commission or state agency preferred
    • 3+ years’ experience with regulatory agencies
    • Demonstrate an understanding of Joint Commission, State and Federal regulatory requirements and risk management responsibilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
    • Ability to respond to issues with urgency and be a trusted advisor
    • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
    • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
    • Must hold a valid driver license and must be granted insurable status by Rogers
