    The PHARMACY DIRECTOR is responsible for all Pharmacy operations at PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital. The Director shall supervise and coordinate Pharmacy Operations along with directing all activities of clinical pharmacists and technical staff. The Director will be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care through clinical pharmacy services in the inpatient and applicable outpatient services and coordination of drug utilization review.

    Required Experience

    REQUIRED:

    • Must have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.  Must be a currently registered pharmacist with a license from the California Board of Pharmacy in good standing.
    • Must have a minimum of four (4) years of post-graduate hospital pharmacy experience.
    • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of management experience
    • LA City Fire Card within six (6) months of employment

    PREFERRED:

    • Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency
