    HSS Rehabilitation provided by Stamford Health is seeking motivated pelvic health physical therapists to join our expanded Outpatient Rehab team. Stamford Health and Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) joined to form a groundbreaking collaboration and we are actively seeking clinical experts to broaden our service offerings into the field of pelvic health. Our current locations include clinics in Stamford, Greenwich, New Canaan, Wilton, Westport, and Norwalk. Qualified individuals will have prior experience treating patients with pelvic health needs, as well as lab-based continuing education through the APTA and/or Herman and Wallace Institute. Strong communication skills, leadership, commitment to lifelong learning, and the flexibility to work in a collaborative environment are skills needed for success. Connecticut licensure is a requirement. Advanced certifications are preferred. Strong mentorship is available!

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Graduate of an accredited curriculum with a minimum of a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
    • Must be licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health
    • Prior pelvic health physical therapy experience is required
    • Ability to treat both women and men as well as general orthopedic diagnoses
    • Completion of 50 hours of lab-based coursework through the Herman and Wallace Institute or the Section of Women’s Health of the APTA is required
    • Certification of Achievement in Pelvic Health (CAPP-Pelvic) through APTA is strongly preferred
