Are you looking to be part of a team that utilizes a PATIENT CENTERED approach to care? The LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE performs basic nursing activities in the care of patients so they may achieve or regain, and then maintain, maximum physical, emotional or social functions. The LPN works with other members of the multidisciplinary TREATMENT TEAM, including Psychiatrists, Registered Nurses and Social Workers.
