Reporting to the VP, Talent, this role manages the analysis of workforce metrics to optimize human resource planning and maximize utilization rates. Oversees the quantitative analysis and creation of predictive models used for enhancing forecasting accuracy and improve workforce decision making.  The associate in this role will be responsible to automate data collection and analysis, create visualizations and new analytic tools. You will use your strong analytical background and ability to interpret data to align workforce and performance levels with Company strategies, ensuring the success of the business strategy.

Position ideally based in Charleston but we are open to virtual.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong proficiency in a visualization environment (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
• Strong understanding of the application of statistics in business, such as forecasting, machine learning, causations, and correlations
• 5+ years’ experience in statistical modeling, proficient in R or Python
• 2+ years of applicable analysis and or reporting experience in Workforce Analytics/HR capacity
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors / Ceridian Dayforce
• Ability to understand, collaborate and influence across cross-functional organizations
• 1-3 years supervisory experience
• Professional certifications in workforce analytics are a plus.
