Reporting to the VP, Talent, this role manages the analysis of workforce metrics to optimize human resource planning and maximize utilization rates. Oversees the quantitative analysis and creation of predictive models used for enhancing forecasting accuracy and improve workforce decision making. The associate in this role will be responsible to automate data collection and analysis, create visualizations and new analytic tools. You will use your strong analytical background and ability to interpret data to align workforce and performance levels with Company strategies, ensuring the success of the business strategy.
Position ideally based in Charleston but we are open to virtual.
