    MARKETING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    SUMMARY

    DUE TO A PROMOTION, ROGERS IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING SUPPORT SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM! 

    THE POSITION IS IN OCONOMOWOC, WI.  THERE IS THE POTENTIAL TO WORK A DAY OR TWO REMOTE.

     

    The Marketing Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Marketing Department and Community Outreach staff. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for ordering and managing inventory of collateral, promotional items, and supplies for the marketing department
    • Coordinate speakers and panelists for community events
    • Assist with event planning, IE open house events
    • Reconciliation of marketing’s expense reports, department budget
    • Assist with Salesforce data entry and reporting needs as requested
    • Assist with onboarding new Marketing and Outreach department employees
    • Schedule meetings in Outlook as requested and support onsite and virtual technology needs with videoconference set up as requested
    • Special projects as assigned
    • Manage Rogers-Info mailbox from marketing e-mail campaigns
    • Develop surveys in SurveyMonkey and assist in compiling results
    • Participate in Rogers Operating System Continuous Improvement events

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred with a minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Experience in creating written, oral and electronic communications
    • Excellent vocabulary, grammar, and proofreading skills
    • Proficiency in use of Microsoft software(Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required
    • Knowledge of web, print and electronic content development and production processes
    • Understanding of healthcare marketing and behavioral health preferred
    • Position may require COVID vaccination or medical/religious exemption based upon future CMS mandate

     

    SCHEDULE:  

    M – F, 8:00 – 4:30pm , some flexibility

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Demonstrated skill in patient brief assessment and linkage to MOUD clinics.
    • Strong communication skills, verbal, non-verbal, written and oral.
    • Nonjudgmental, energetic, positive approach to assisting patients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
    • Understanding of SUD as a medical condition and the role of MOUD in treatment and harm reduction. Adherence to an abstinence-based social model that is unsupportive of MOUD is not aligned with the goals of this position.
    • Interest/proficiency in working with individuals recently released from incarceration, homeless individuals and other marginalized populations.
    • Able to interact with patients in a culturally relatable manner. Any additional ability to communicate in languages spoken in local community such as Spanish, Tagalog, Hmong, etc. helpful
    • Preference for applicants with connections to, and reflecting the diversity of, the local community.
    • Respect for patient confidentiality and privacy.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
