    Summary:

    The Clinical Front Line Staff Development Trainer conducts real time training on the floor for Rogers Mental Health Technicians for our Inpatient programs located in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Emphasis is on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Provide training and support for Mental Health Technicians that support our In-Patient patients
    • Mileau management
    • Function as a coach to assist staff during onboarding, precepting crisis events to use the skills being taught throughout their employment
    • Assist with educating employees on new process roll outs

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field is required, OR six (6) years training front line clinical staff preferably in behavioral health
    • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a training front line clinical staff
    • Must be able to use group facilitation and intervention skills
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Computer proficiency and working knowledge of software programs, including Windows® packages.
    • Experience with quality improvement, program evaluation
    • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
