Rogers Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health services, is seeking a Full Time Clinic Assistant to join our team.

The Clinic Assistant performs receptionist and clerical responsibilities related to clinic operations.

•    Greeting patients as they arrive every day
•    Initial Patient Admit Duties/paperwork/patient set-up
•    Coordinate patient information
•    Purchasing for entire clinic/keeping supplies in stock
•    Answering light phones
•    Maintain confidentiality
•    Attention to detail is a must
•    Team player
•    Be the face of Rogers, as you are the first impression for patients and visitors of the clinic
•    Hours are M-F 8:00-4:30pm
•    Extensive training will be provided

In addition to the above, ideal candidates will possess:

• High school diploma required.
• Previous experience working in a psychiatric setting is a plus, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
