Change & Communications Consultant Communications Strategy & Management - Avanade is in the process of deploying Avature as their Talent Acquisition System. They will immediately start Phase 2 enhancements. The change & communication consultant will work with the Change lead to implement the change and communications strategy, minimize disruption and maximize adoption using an employee experience focused, digital change and comms approach. Only candidates at the consultant level will be considered. Role is on a virtual (global & remote) team, and responsibilities include: Implementation of a change & engagement strategy Develop materials aligned to the change plan leveraging ‘next gen comms’ to create a digital experience Create training strategy and materials Identify opportunities to improve the overall experience and measure adoption Work with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in
