    SUMMARY: 

    The objective of the Solar Customer Service Manager position is to ensure that our internal and external customer needs for complete and accurate information is met in a timely manner and to build long term business relationships.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the functions of the Solar PV business as part of the energy solutions group.
    • Manage, develop and train solar employees to deliver a high standard of customer service.
    • Conduct employee annual performance reviews.
    • Interact with vendors and customers on a daily basis to build and maintain relationships.
    • Work closely with purchasing to maintain levels, recommend new products and monitor inventory.
    • Make customer visits on a regular basis to grow our PV business and build relationships with our largest customers.
    • Perform quotations and project management duties for high volume PV customers.
    • Perform other Energy Solution related duties as required by manager.

     

     

     

    Required Skills

    • Knowledge of solar products, fixtures and applications.
    • Working knowledge of Solar PV Industry
    • Strong communication skills along with strong skills in customer service, negotiating, math and computers.

    Required Experience

    • High School with some college, vocational school or equivalent job experience is required.
    • 3 to 5 Years sales experience in the solar/energy field
  • Qualifications
    • Knowledge of solar products, fixtures and applications.
    • Working knowledge of Solar PV Industry
    • Strong communication skills along with strong skills in customer service, negotiating, math and computers.
