  • Responsibilities

    This person will support DBHDD in their O365, Exchange, Active Directory and SharePoint environment.  Their Service Delivery team is responsible for supporting users with O365 network, Email and SharePoint problems (I.E O365 ProPlus suite installation on the Desktop, Resolve O365 configuration issue). They will also work with the Information Security Office responsible for designing and improving DBHDD onboarding/off boarding and access control process.  Other duties will include providing support to the DBHDD Software Application Support Team, and desktop support team.

     

    This person will be part of Percy's Service Delivery team, but they will report to team lead Tony Ham or Wesley Patterson.

     

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • Desk Top support
    • Network Naming Resolution Services (DNS and WINS)
    • Implementation of Enterprise DHCP services
    • IP address (sub-netting and super-netting, DHCP, etc.)
    • Various Network Technologies (LAN, WAN, wireless, etc.)
    • Secured Remote Access Connectivity
    • Centralized Data Backup
    • ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATIONS: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2003 or newer), Network+ Certification , A+ Certification; Advanced Microsoft Certification(s)
    • Experience with Windows 7 and 10

     

     QUESTIONS TO ASK CANDIDATES BEFORE PRESENTING: 

    1. What is the CPU on current dell laptops?
    2. What is your experience in network administration? 
    3. Tell me about your troubleshooting skills (dell hardware, software; this person should be able to diagnose almost any issue by hearing or seeing a few symptoms)
    4. Tell me about your windows (7) experience?  (moving to 10 this year- very nice to have)
    5. How do you ensure you stay up to date on changing technology? (Reading, certs, classes, training, etc.)

    Provide supervision and promote the professional development of behavioral specialists working with patients assigned to cognitive behavioral therapy programs

    Lead staffing when related to the assessment, treatment and discharge planning of patients who receive cognitive behavioral therapy services

    Conduct community seminars, lectures and marketing activities to assist with business development

    Ability to multi-task and have flexibility in daily work 

     Demonstrate effective leadership and team building
