CONTACT CENTER CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE
Respond to inbound phone calls, make outbound calls to confirm customer order/requests and resolve customer’s issues. This role supports customers placing orders for valuable collector items and requires the ability to meet government clearance requirements.
