JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description: Under general supervision, installs and provides technical support and problem resolution to complex PC-based software used by a technical college.

Minimum Qualifications: An associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field and one year experience working in an IP based network environment. Must be skilled in diagnosing and repairing desktop computer hardware and providing software support for Microsoft Office applications; Must have the following: Experience with current Microsoft operating systems and applications Excellent communication and organizational skills; Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. All positions require a pre-employment criminal background investigation and employer/professional reference check.

Preferred Qualifications: An bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field and two years’ experience working in an IP based network environment.
