    CONTRACT DURATION - 3 MONTHS PAY RATE - $ 20.80 PER HR ON W2 LOCATION: RICHMOND VA 23224 MONDAY TO FRIDAY ( 7 AM TO 4 PM)

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

     

    NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN TYPE 55+ WPM AND CAN WORK IN MICROSOFT ACCESS AND EXCEL. Candidate will be correcting bills in the system along with other tasks primarily in Excel & Access. Candidate will work Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00

     

    The Administrative Assistant  provides complex administrative and clerical support.The candidate will have an understanding of general office procedures, ability to communicate effectively, solve intermediate level problems, assist with basic research, respond to department inquiries (including communication with external customers), assist with the development and administration of various departmental programs and reports, as well as perform administrative and office support activities for multiple managers and/or department.

    • Effectiveness to manage time to meet workload deadlines, strong computer and telephone proficiency, and ability to work in a fast paced clinical environment is required.
