Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Services Representative. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with their retail needs. This position is based in our facility located in Austin, TX, 78701.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within company policies
• Process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
• Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
