We offer no-cost supervision as required for licensing LCSWs, and soon LPCs. We also operate with transparency in a way that can help you learn how to start a private practice if you decide that it’s the right path for you. We value work-life balance and empowering our employees to have a flexible schedule and to build a caseload that they are passionate about serving. This is the reason part-time therapists are only required to have 15 client contact hours per week & full-time therapists only 30 client contact hours per week (if you’re working toward licensure and want more, we will support you to avoid burnout in this process). Responsibilities: • Deliver individual (couples, family/children, and group optional based on training and experience) counseling services to clients ages 16+ • Conduct biopsychosocial assessment and create an individualized treatment plan for each client • Communicate with client’s other service providers and provide community referrals as needed • Timely, complete written documentation using an Electronic Health Record • Attend staff meetings and training for team learning and collaboration Qualifications: • A Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Social Work required • Active, unrestricted license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the State of Oregon preferred, or plans to pursue licensure in the State of Oregon • Must be qualified to work in the United States, an Oregon resident, and preferably located in Southern Oregon • Remote work is possible Compensation: $85,000
