Job description Rolf C. Hagen (USA) Corp. is looking for a results-driven Account Sales Hunter to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: Aggressively seeks and finds new territory opportunities Generate business leads Retention & Growth: Call underperforming accounts within the Hagen group to reinvigorate and positively improve sales to retain them in the division Targeted Campaigns & Projects: Work on strategic initiatives to acquire key chains and other profit centers New Business Generation: Call on new potential Hagen B2B customers and establish communications within Sales Force CRM Reiterate the value proposition of ordering from Hagen Dealer Services Increase touch points, activate customer's buying\succeed customer expectations through special messaging, offers and value-ad opportunities across all Hagen Pet Categories Script a compelling offer for customers to come on board and meet the minimum expected yearly order value Daily Outbound Talk Time Minimum: 3 hours (External Customer Calls) Required Position Skills: Ability to be productive and effective in a work from home, type environment, without requiring micro managing Excellent Interpersonal/Oral Communication Skills Planning, problem solving and organization skills Customer service appreciation and awareness High volume account management skills Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience servicing assigned territory accounts New business development skills required Possess the ability to generate and foster relationships with customers within their Retail Space Experience with full sales cycle (prospect, qualify, negotiate, sell/up-sell, close, follow-up, maintain) Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Ability to build sales sheets and sort/filter files in Excel, decks within PowerPoint, and complete Hagen template forms for account setup, credits and order maintenance Openness to feedback Education/Experience: BS/BA degree or equivalent or specialized training/certifications and/or years of directly related experience Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications Familiarity with CRM Software practices Proven work experience as a sales representative Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Rolf C.
