    Job Overview:
    We are actively seeking a skilled Roll Feed Press Set-Up Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining roll feed press machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production.     Key Responsibilities:

    - Set up roll feed press machinery according to production specifications and company standards.
    - Adjust machine components and tools as needed to produce products that meet design specifications.
    - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with machinery to minimize downtime.
    - Monitor the production process and proactively adjust equipment to maintain product quality.
    - Ensure that safety protocols are followed and all machinery is operated safely.
    - Collaborate with production team members to increase efficiency and meet production goals.
    - Maintain accurate records of setups, operation metrics, and maintenance activities.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machine operation is a plus.
    - Proven experience as a roll feed press set-up operator or in a similar machine operation role.
    - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
    - Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
    - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
