We’re looking for an experienced roll-off driver who shows up every day, works efficiently, and doesn’t need to be babysat. We have steady work, solid equipment, and we’re ready to pay for performance.

Pay & Perks

$20–$25/hour (based on experience and performance)

$1,000 signing bonus after 90 days (attendance + performance)

What You’ll Do

Deliver and pick up roll-off containers at job sites

Transport and dump loads safely and efficiently

Service portable units using vac tank system

Perform pre-trip inspections (DOT compliant)

Use mobile app for job tracking and communication

Interact professionally with customers, contractors, and homeowners

What We’re Looking For

Reliable — shows up on time, every day

Able to work independently and stay on schedule

Strong awareness of safety and surroundings

Respectful of customer property

Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions

Requirements

Valid Class B CDL (or ability to obtain — will train the right candidate)

Clean driving record

25+ years old

Must be based in the NC Triad area

Must pass a road test
