Rolladen Rolling Shutters use foam-filled aluminum slats to cover doors and windows. They lower power consumption as much as 64 percent and also protect against fading of furniture, draperies and carpeting while also blocking the wind, heat and cold.
Job Description
- Unloading and loading of trucks as needed.
- Climbing of ladders, including but not limited to, 6 ft, 8 ft, and 10
ft. for the purpose of placing, organizing, and maintaining all
production material on louvered racks.
- The ability to lift 50+ lbs on the ground as well as up and down the
ladders
- The ability to use all the shop tools manual and powered, including
but not limited to, various saws, drills, grinders, sanders, and air
tools.
- Training for the purpose of proper shutter fabrication and assembly,
while gaining a basic knowledge of various parts, components and
procedures used in the production of such shutters.
- To ensure the basic functionality of the warehouse and work stations
each employee is responsible for overall housekeeping of entire
operation, including but not limited to, sweeping, dusting, mopping and
the disposal of trash and or recyclable materials such as cardboard and
aluminum.
- May be required to drive and drop-off materials and supplies to
designated job sites.
- Training for repairing of shutters in the field.
- Performing service of cleaning and washing shutters in the field.
