ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for an enthusiastic Returns Manager to join our Customer Service team! They will be responsible for processing returns and identifying, cataloguing and reselling slightly used returns. In addition, we are looking for someone who will offer our customers prompt, friendly and accurate support to sales and service inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check in and process returned items as they arrive in our facility and examine each returned item to determine if it can be re-sold as new or “slightly used”.
• Photograph slightly used inventory and make note of any defects to prepare the item for being re-listed on our website. Catalogue and stage the slightly used items for our shipping department.
• Add slightly used products to our website for resale, including uploading imagery and writing clear and detailed product descriptions.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic maintenance of product listings on Amazon, Ebay and Walmart marketplaces.
• After 3-6 months of experience, this person should be equipped with enough product knowledge to assist customers via phone, email and live chat. This includes offering product or sizing advice, creating custom orders and resolving errors.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Extremely detail-oriented
• Self-motivated learner
• Friendly and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Product photography
• Website editing (BigCommerce/Shopify)
• Marketplace seller management (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart)

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 9am until 5:30pm. You will be working in our office/warehouse in Lenexa, KS, so reliable transportation is necessary. Must be able to perform some duties while standing. Occasional work from home is available when all returns are processed.
