We are an energetic fashion boutique growing quickly and are looking to add ambitious, fashionable, positive SALES STYLISTS AND TEAM LEADERS / KEY HOLDERS to our team! These positions are located at our brand new PEORIA location.

FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AT RRB

• Drive sales through styling and relationship building
• Deliver results and contribute to personal and store sales goals
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store and provide exceptional customer service
• Provide a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic and genuine attitude
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and visual standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization of product, and general store upkeep
• May be responsible for opening and closing procedures

WHAT RRB IS LOOKING FOR IN A SALES STYLIST:

• MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF RETAIL EXPERIENCE AND 2 YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service and interact with people in a genuine and energetic matter
• Fashion Savvy individual with a strong interest in fashion and understands current trends and how to style
• Motivated to achieve sales goals both personal and store goals
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks
• Willing to be a Team Player and always assisting the Team where needed
• Positive attitude and self-starter
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends, and holidays when applicable
• Must be able to cash count and open registers, as well as close
• We are a small business. You must have enough self-motivation as you will be working alone at times opening and closing the store.

• Motivating the sales team, holding sales team accountable for store and daily goals, driving business, traveling from store to store to assist with training and managing the sales floor and team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• AT LEAST TWO YEARS RETAIL EXPERIENCE, KEY HOLDER, AND/OR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
• Must be a sale is driven, goal-oriented individual
• Must have positive, high energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
• Must be willing to take the first step to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs
• Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers
• Must possess computer skills to operate our retail POS system and social media platforms
• Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs

KEY HOLDER POSITION JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

SALES STYLIST POSITION JOB TYPE: PART-TIME OR FULL TIME

Pay: Hourly, starting pay $13.50 - 14.50
