Rolling Suds is looking for a dedicated and skilled Power Washing Professional to join our team as Lead Power Washing Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards.
We are seeking an individual who wants to become our partner and a future leader of this business. There will be extensive training and you will be using new and advanced equipment. We expect our team to be safe, courteous and respectful to other members of our team.
Qualifications:
· Minimum one year of experience in a Service type of field
· Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
· Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
· Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities:
· As a Lead Power Washing Technician, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service to a high standard
· Lead our power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
· Utilize your experience and position as a leader to help other team members
· Follow our Professional Power Wash Method and checklists to ensure the jobs are done correctly
· We expect our team to be safe, courteous and respectful to other members of our team
