    PIH Health is a nonprofit regional healthcare delivery network founded over 50 years ago. Our two campuses including a 548-bed facility in Whittier and a 199-bed facility in Downey, help to provide services to approximately 1.5 million residents in Los Angeles, Orange County and the greater San Gabriel Valley.

    The RN Clinical Director has 24 hours responsibility and accountability for operations within the Critical Care units. Works with Administrative Director and staff to improve the quality of care, strengthen the financial performance of the unit and to improve patient, physician and employee satisfaction. Leads by example and works with the team to reduce infrastructure and to promote high value performance. This is a management position.

    Required Experience

    1. Current California RN license
    2. Bachelor’s Degree required or in process. Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
    3. Minimum two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required
    4. Experience in ICU and/or CCU department is highly desired
    5. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
