    MINIMUM PRINTING PRESS OPERATOR WAGES START AT $18.75/hr WITH SCHEDULED WAGE INCREASES!!!!

    THIS IS A 2nd or 3rd SHIFT POSITION AND AT YEAR END, BECOMING 12 HR DAY/NIGHT SHIFTS

    2nd SHIFT EMPLOYEES RECEIVE A SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL OF $1.50/hr

    3RD SHIFT EMPLOYEES RECEIVE A SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL OF $1.00/hr

    Required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

    Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and

    normal color vision.

    Frequently exposed to fumes, or dust.

    Regularly works near moving mechanical parts.

    The noise level is usually loud.

    Required Skills

    High school education or GED equivalent.

    Mechanically inclined; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Certified and safely operate clamp truck.

    Regularly required to stand for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, objects,

    tools, or controls.

    Reach with hands and arms.

    Good hand eye coordination is essential.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

    Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

    Apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

    Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Add, subtract, multiply, and divide, in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions,

    and decimals.
