The Contract Analyst reports directly to the Director, Contract Administration. The Contract Analyst supports the organization in the development of contracts, working closely with the Information Solutions, Purchasing and Finance Departments. The Contract Analyst assists with the creation of purchase orders and processing of Information Solutions related invoices. He/she monitors and reports on procurement as well as invoice and contract status, and works closely with departments to ensure contracted goods and services are budgeted appropriately. The Contract Analyst has a working knowledge of contracting concepts and ensures contracts adhere to PIH Health’s contracting guidelines. Use of independent judgment and critical thinking applied to resolve contract issues. This is a non-exempt position.
