    THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME HOURS.

    THIS POSITION BEGINS 05/06/2023 AND ENDS ON 09/04/2023.

    SUMMARY: Assists guests with selling admission tickets to property, cabanas, and lockers. Collects admission tickets and passes entering park grounds, and performs bag checks by performing the following duties.

    MUST BE AT LEAST 14 YEARS OF AGE.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Wears Personal Protective Equipment as deemed necessary.
    • Interact/greet guests/vendors/employees entering the park.
    • Perform bag check/turnstile duties when requested.
    • Accept payment and make change.
    • Balance detail bags daily, prepare cash report at end of shift, and turns in detail bag. 
    • Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
    • Answer questions concerning pricing, schedules, and reservations, and provides information concerning other company attractions.
    • Use a ticket dispensing machine that automatically ejects the number of tickets requested by the guest and hands the ticket(s) to the guest.
    • Communicate positively with guests and resolve conflict in a friendly, non-offensive manner
    • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
    • Ensure the cabanas and lockers are cleaned of debris and everything is in working order for the next rental period.
    • Issue rented items and/or keys to the customer, accept and record transaction(s)
    • Serves Cabana guests on an as-needed basis.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • The ability to lift and/or move 10 pounds frequently to 25 pounds maximum
    • The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
    • The ability to work in extreme weather frequently
    • The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly some of the day
    • The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions continuously
    • The ability to work at a rapid speed continuously continuously
