WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
- Display merchandise, suggest products that meet customers’ needs, and emphasizes selling points of the article such as quality and utility. Recommends additional products related to customer needs.
- Acquires, uses and continuously develops personal technical knowledge of general and specialty merchandise items to assist customers and other company personnel.
- Provides oral and written quotations or estimates of prices, terms, and delivery for standard, complex, or non-standard merchandise.
- Prepares cash or charge sales tickets with required identification, necessary information for customers, merchandise, price, and sales tax status for processing, shipment, and delivery of merchandise in a timely manner. Follows up with any specific record-keeping requirements.
- All warehouse duties as needed including shipping and receiving as needed
- Restocks all counter area display shelves with merchandise
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm
WORK LOCATION: Honolulu, HI
Traditional warehouse environment
Occasional climbing on a rolling safety ladder and the use of a forklift is required
PAY: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour plus commission
