    Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal (FT - in person) Roman Austin Personal Injury Lawyers is looking for a bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who can join our Team. Responsibilities: Job Duties: • Assist with scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed • Complete discovery responses with detail and accuracy • Prepare cases for trial and attend with attorneys as needed • Managing all discovery responses with timely responses • Assist attorneys with the drafting of pleadings • Will work under the direct supervision of Attorney • Maintain an organized discovery file including all non-party production • Provide support to the Roman Austin Team as needed • Knowledge of the E-Filing System for both state and federal courts • Efficient communications with clients, judges, and opposing counsel Qualifications: • Five or more years experience as a Florida plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal • Florida Bar Registered Paralegal (FRP) is a plus • Prepared attorney and case for trial • Attended at least 3 jury trials with an attorney and helped the attorney through the verdict • The candidate must have a 2-year paralegal degree • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Self-starter and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines • Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills • Exemplary tenure with previous employers • Must pass a criminal background check • Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus Compensation: $60,000 yearly + bonuses
