    Minimum Position Qualifications:

    Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or GED Self-motivated and self-directed Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision Effective oral and written communication skills Strong planning and organizational skills Flexible to work any shift as needed Work involves continuous interactions with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment Will be required to spend the majority of time on his or her feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4 hours May be exposed to various allergens Specific motions, weight lifting requirements and temperature conditions will vary Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting Must have reliable transportation Employee food benefits. Must love baked goods and passionate about food.
