Pizza Shop Manager – Romeo’s Pizza
Salary & Hours: $50,000 per year, full‑time (~50 hours/week) with at least two peak closing shifts.

What You’ll Do
As the shop manager, you’ll be in charge of every aspect of running a successful store. Responsibilities include:
Team leadership: Hire, train, coach and when necessary, discipline or dismiss team membersbls.gov. You’ll foster a collaborative environment where everyone is empowered to deliver great service.
Operations & cost control: Oversee daily kitchen and front‑of‑house operationsbls.gov. Monitor food and labor costs, adjust schedules and production as needed, and maintain inventory to minimize waste. You’ll order supplies, handle cash and manage payroll and budgetsbls.gov.
Scheduling: Create efficient schedules, assigning staff to match sales volumes and ensure coverage during busy shiftsbls.gov.
Quality & compliance: Uphold Romeo’s standards for quality, safety and cleanliness by inspecting supplies and work areasbls.gov. Ensure all employees comply with health and food safety regulationsbls.gov.
Customer service: Serve as the face of the shop—welcome guests, handle complaints and deliver memorable experiencesbls.gov.
Store culture: Set performance standards and lead by example, cultivating a positive, hardworking culture that reflects Romeo’s valuesbls.gov.
What We’re Looking For
Proven supervisory or management experience in food service or retail. Previous pizza or quick‑service restaurant experience is a plus.
Strong grasp of cost control (food & labor), budgeting and inventory management.
Confident leader who can hire, train and coach a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, customer‑service focus and an ability to resolve issues quickly.
Willing to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends for two peak closing shifts.
Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.
