At Romp n' Roll Harrisburg, our team is as fun as our facility. We are looking for an energetic, caring Assistant Center Director who enjoys leadership, will be responsible for overall operations of the store, including, but not limited to staff leadership and making learning fun, providing our families with an incredible customer experience, marketing, networking, and operations management. Our Assistant Center Director will need to fit the following qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience working with children ages 3 months - 5 years

1 years of retail or membership sales

1 years of customer service experience

1 years of leadership experience

Requirements:

4-year degree or equivalent work experience

Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals

Excellent organizational skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Confident, outgoing, positive attitude with boundless energy

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, as well as exceed expectations

Able to release your inner goofball

Excel in a team environment, yet work independently when necessary

Have access to reliable transportation

Lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Stand while performing job responsibilities for 4 hours or more.
