The RONALD H. SCHOCKER Agency of Michigan Farm Bureau is looking to expand its award-winning team with PROPERTY AND CASUALTY PRODUCERS. Since opening in Shelby Township in 2016, we have consistently been a top 10 producing Farm Bureau agency. Our agency won the 2019 FARM BUREAU ALL-AMERICAN sales award. In 2020 we were the 4TH LARGEST POLICY producing Farm Bureau Agency in Michigan.

We have a tried and true sales production method that we would love to teach our new employees.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

• Skills in sales
• An ability to work in teams and groups
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• A license in Property and Casualty insurance preferred; ability to become licensed in 90 days required
• A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed

These are the responsibilities for this position:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Creating quotes and presenting them to potential customers
• Achieving goals that are presented by the agency
• Communicating with customers to help address their insurance needs
• Maintaining networks of referrals and acting on leads for insurance customers
