We are looking to hire a  FULL-TIME INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE who will be responsible for effective acquisition of new clients  along with the management of existing clients. As an insurance sales representative you will be counted on for strategic DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with  new and existing clients with a focus on retaining and account growth. This will involve promoting and marketing  a  range of personal and commercial product that you can select from. ALL SUPPORTED BY YOUR AGENCY STAFF, with the overall goal of PROFITABLE GROWTH.  Grow and retain, that's our mission!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.

REQUIREMENTS

• WILLING TO OBTAIN OR CURRENTLY POSSESS A PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE.
•  Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Experience  in Insurance Sales is a Bonus!
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Great Customer Service Skills
