Ronco is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the finance department by managing bills, vendors, audits, employee expenses and paychecks.

Accountabilities:

• Make payments and process invoices for goods and services purchased by the Company.
• Process payroll on a weekly basis.
• Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
• Process check requests, garnishments, and tax payments, ensuring appropriate approvals have been received.
• Assist in monthly closings.
• Assemble and process overnight shipments to branches.
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
• Answer all vendor inquiries.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements for Success:

• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of elementary accounting, banking, office practices, and operation of office equipment.
• Effective use of Microsoft Office Suite products: Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Exemplary planning and time management skills.
• Effective verbal, written & interpersonal skills.
• Customer service & team oriented with a pleasant phone manner & personal disposition.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and emotional maturity.
