Job Description

We are seeking an HR Manager to become a part of team! This role will assist in development and coordination of the policies, procedures and activities of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy, human resources programs, policies, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, personnel record keeping, workers compensation, safety, training and workforce development and compliance with HR laws and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
• Promote employee recognition efforts
• Advocate for employee retention and development
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline
• At least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience working in a printing environment is preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce.
• Decisive and self-confident
• Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred
