SUMMARY: The Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and operations of technology platforms as well as the managing the availability, integrity and overall operations of their assigned applications and the related cloud software and hardware infrastructure to ensure continuity and achieve a high level of performance and availability. Resource will also be responsible for steering of service providers and the management of software providers and maintenance agreements. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or certifications. Work experience, Leadership experience: • 5+ Years of demonstrated success in Information Technology, with at least • 3+ Years in cloud planning, management and operations • 3+ Years in a mid-level IT operations/engineering role • 2+ Years specializing in IT Application Operations as a mid-level engineer • 1+ Years of experience participating in Agile projects Key Skills
