    NOTE: THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION

    ROLE IS PHYSICAN AND/OR NURSING FOCUSED. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE RECRUITING PHYSICIANS OR NURSES.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    • The Physician/Nursing Focused - Senior, Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the administration of the employment function, legal compliance and focus on exempt and licensed medical professionals. The Sr Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for ensuring quality candidates are hired within specified recruiting goals by partnering with hiring managers to understand, develop, and implement specific recruiting strategies and processes.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

    • Conducts all aspects of full, life-cycle recruiting with a focus on exempt and licensed medical professionals (Nursing, Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Dentists, Psychiatrists and Psychologists on a self-directed basis including: sourcing candidates, building a network/pipeline of qualified candidates, conducting phone interviews, assessing external/internal candidates against job profiles, applying behavior-based/competency-based interviewing techniques to assess candidate knowledge and cultural fit
    • Facilitates New Provider Onboarding onsite at Precision Park with new hires
    • Conducts in-person and telephone Intake Meetings with Hiring Managers to learn Talent Acquisition needs, compile screening questions, and set expectations of search results
    • Partners with Managers to evaluate, develop, and implement effective Talent Acquisition strategies and processes to attract qualified candidates to the organization
    • Manages the full life cycle recruiting process for management, senior level and licensed medical professionals (Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Dentists, Psychologists etc.) exempt positions
    • Builds and maintains a network with community resources that results in a quality, diverse candidate pool This includes internet sourcing, attending job fairs and partnering in health care education activities
    • Investigates and cultivates connections to residency programs and professional organizations in order to develop relationships
    • Develops and maintains a comprehensive physician Talent Acquisition program to ensure an adequate complement of physicians in accordance with the needs and goals of the company
    • Ensures candidate’s background meets requirements on job descriptions by screening applications and resumes prior to submitting to managers
    • Ensures RFPs and job descriptions are completed, accurate and approved prior to posting an open position
    • Assists hiring managers with creation of (RFP) Request For People as needed
    • Posts all open positions that are being recruited for on intranet/company web page/external job board to ensure qualified and diverse candidate pool for positions
    • Develops relationships and maintains network with community resources that results in quality, diverse candidate pool This includes attending job fairs and partnering in health care education activities
    • Emails HR staff, Credentialing Team and IT notification of new hires in order to set up employee number, email, extension, ID badge and schedule new hire orientation
    • Submits new hire information that requires follow up to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator for reporting and follow-up
    • Maintains effective customer service by meeting regularly with Hiring Managers to discuss their talent needs, candidates identified and in process, as well as opportunities for improvement in Talent Acquisition strategies and processes
    • Develops and analyzes reports and makes recommendations based on Talent Acquisition metrics from applicant tracking system data such as cost per hire, EEO information and days to fill position
    • Assists Talent Acquisition Leadership in the mentoring of the recruitment staff
    • Keeps abreast of Talent Acquisition and retention best practices and other current Talent Acquisition techniques

    ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ability to develop immediate rapport with candidates on the phone and in person at conferences and career fairs
    • Diplomacy and strong negotiation skills
    • Adept at working fluidly with a diverse, highly educated population
    • Displays a mastery of Social Media to establish a wide network of providers in order to generate an ongoing pipeline of qualified Medical Professionals
    • Maintains job opening and posting report
    • Prepares employment statistics for reports and recruiting metrics dashboard
    • Coordinates employment activities with all staff and ensures legal compliance
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    EDUCATION REQUIRED (MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION):

    • BA/BS degree in Business
    • Administration, Human Resources or other relevant degree

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (MINIMUM LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE):

    • 2 years of licensed professional/Nursing and exempt level recruitment required
    • 4 years in-house recruiting experience, exempt and non-exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines preferred
    • 2 years of recruiting experience in health care strongly preferred
    • Excellent sourcing, communication, negotiating and interviewing skills required
    • Excellent customer service skills required
    • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

    VERBAL AND WRITTEN SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB:

    • Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB:

    • Must be knowledgeable of employment and wage and hour law

    EQUIPMENT USED:

    • PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and type at least 40 wpm

    WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Hybrid Office work and occasional travel required
