LENGTH: CONTRACT FOR 3 – 6 MONTHS POSSIBILITY OF CONVERSION TO FULL-TIME HOURS: MONDAY – FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM SUMMARY The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the HR Department. Duties include maintaining employee files and all personnel related records, department reporting and other information related to HR. Additional responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will have basic Administrative experience. Must be customer service oriented and results driven. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and direct phone calls, provide general support to visitors, organize and schedule meetings and appointments, book travel arrangements, produce and memos, letters, faxes and forms, assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain employee files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating employee information along with filing correspondence and other related information in a timely manner
Assist in processing new hire paperwork and onboarding
Coordinates site meetings, conference set ups and special employee events
Coordinates new hire on-boarding orientation
Ordering office supplies, maintaining office organization and some housekeeping duties (sanitizing/dusting) and grocery shopping or other errands as necessary
