    DIGITAL ADVERT MEDIA BUYER NEEDED — LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY!

    The position is Remote, Pay is Negotiable Based On Experience (Hourly or Part-Time)

    SUMMARY:

    We are a digital marketing company for commercial roofers. Our growing team is 100% virtual and based worldwide.

    We are looking for an experienced Facebook ad AND Google ad manager who has proven results, and who can take our client campaigns to the next level (proof of experience required, see below).

    ROLE (OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION):

    This position involves running and managing client ads in google. We are looking for a proven expert in youtube ads, GDN, AdWords, retargeting, etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES (TASKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ROLE):

    • SET UP CAMPAIGNS IN NEW CLIENT ACCOUNTS: Setting up new Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads to meet the client's objectives (all clients we have are for the same niche)
    • RESTRUCTURE CAMPAIGNS FOR CLIENTS WITH EXISTING ACCOUNTS: In some cases, the new clients will already be running Advertising (or have run ads in the past) and will have their own accounts. We'll connect these accounts to our MCC and grant access for restructuring these accounts and setting up Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads to help us meet our objectives for the client.
    • WEEKLY AND MONTHLY MEETING / REPORTING: Weekly meeting to get insights into results our clients are getting or could be getting (upsell opportunities), and to make sure all onboarding and cancellation processes are moving smoothly and on schedule.
    • LOOK FOR ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT OPPORTUNITIES: Keep us up to date on any opportunities they may see for our clients to get better results within their campaigns - this includes better targets, keywords, ad types, budget or time changes, etc.
    • TRACKING IMPLEMENTATION: Assists us in setting up tracking for client websites and landing pages and will make sure everything is in order before any campaign goes live. Also, monitor results on a daily basis and alert us if something appears to no longer be working (or is broken), and will work with us to get that fixed.
    • DIRECT CONNECTION WITH ADVERTISING REP: In the event that we need direct assistance from Google, our Advertising partner will act as a direct link between our agency and Google. Because of the number of accounts they manage, they have a solid relationship established with Google's reps and can get issues resolved for us much more thoroughly and quickly than we could on our own.
    • CASE STUDIES AND RESULTS STATISTICS: Our Advertising partner will often share case studies and statistics we can use in our sales and marketing process. Because they manage a large number of accounts, they have access to much more data and know what's currently working well in specific industries. We can leverage this to get better results for our clients and to make more realistic predictions about potential results.

    Results (Expected Accomplishments):

    • Assist with account audits in a manner conducive to generating sales.
    • Manage new and existing accounts in a manner that leads to high retention and happy customers.
    • Provide reliable and easy to interpret tracking (phone, leads, campaign metrics etc.).
    • Meet weekly to review client reports.
    • Always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve results for our clients
    • Be able to provide insights to keep all client accounts compliant and adhering to Advertising terms of service.
    • Monitor all accounts for any billing issues (or any other issue that would prevent campaigns from running as expected), and engage our project manager when needed to address issues quickly.

    Requirements (Expected Proficiencies):

    • Maintain Advertising certification and always stay ahead of the curve on updates to platform and addition of new features we could leverage for our clients
    • Data analysis and providing insights for improvement
    • Have a proven (and easy to follow), process for auditing, onboarding, and canceling of clients that will allow us to engage new clients as frequently as possible (scalable)
    • Must be friendly and able to clearly communicate with project manager and business owners by phone and email
    • Ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions to issues as they arise
    • Strict attention to detail

    The work schedule is flexible and based on the needs of clients. The only requirement for time is our daily team meeting at 10 am EST.

    Compensation:

    • Compensation for this role will be negotiated based on your experience. We are looking for results and ROI as our priority
    • Compensation will be provided on a bi-weekly basis via PayPal
