Job Overview Looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Roof Inspectors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new clients, and earning based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct roof inspections for residential and/or commercial properties

Identify damage from storms, wear and tear, or structural issues

Document findings with photos and detailed notes

Educate homeowners on roofing conditions and potential repairs/replacements

Assist homeowners with the insurance claim process (if applicable)

Coordinate with the R & D Construction team for project follow-up

Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs

Ability to learn quickly and follow inspection processes

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Previous roofing, sales, or inspection experience is a plus (not required)
